So what is psychometry?

Psychometry is the psychic ability to read the energy imprinted on an object — or a person. The idea is that everything in the physical world absorbs the emotions, memories, and experiences of the people connected to it. Your grandmother’s ring. Your childhood stuffed animal. A photograph from a pivotal moment in your life. All of it holds energy, and a psychometrist — someone trained to tune into that vibrational frequency — can receive impressions from it.

We’re talking images, feelings, emotions, sometimes even names or dates. It’s not guessing. It’s receiving.

Why Zoom works better than I expected

When I first started doing psychometry sessions remotely — with clients holding their objects on camera while I tuned in from miles away — I had doubts. Would the distance create interference? Would the screen act as a barrier?

The answer turned out to be a firm no. Energy doesn’t care about geography. It doesn’t care about your internet connection. When a client holds an object with clear intention and brings their own energy to it, I can feel it. Receive it. We’ve been consistently hitting around 95% accuracy, confirmed by clients in real time during sessions.

The key: grounding and intention

What I’ve learned is that the quality of a psychometry session — remote or in-person — comes down to two things on my end: grounding and intention. Before every session, I center myself, clear my own energy field, and open up as a channel. I’m not projecting my thoughts onto what I see. I’m receiving what’s already there.

The client’s intention matters too. When both sides show up with presence and openness, the connection is undeniable.

Grab something that belongs to a friend — ideally something they’ve worn or carried for a long time. Hold it in your hands. Close your eyes. Don’t try to think. Just feel.
