Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy
I am committed to offering meaningful, respectful, and intentional spiritual sessions. Due to the personal, intuitive, and energetic nature of these services, the following policies apply to all bookings made through this website.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One (1) reschedule is permitted without penalty when requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Additional reschedule requests may result in forfeiture of the session or require a new booking.
Missed Appointments
Sessions missed without notice, or where the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.
Completed Sessions
Once a session has taken place, no refunds are available. Spiritual, intuitive, and energetic services are experiential and cannot be undone, repeated, or returned.
Packages & Multi-Session Offerings
All packages, bundles, or multi-session offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether used in full or in part.
Unused sessions do not carry cash value.
Session Experience
Spiritual work is subjective and varies by individual. Results, messages, or experiences cannot be guaranteed.
If you feel your session did not meet reasonable expectations, open communication is welcomed. While refunds are not guaranteed, an alternative session or credit may be offered at my sole discretion.
Agreement
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any session or service offered by Lourdes / Medium Lourdes / Lourdesigns, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation, and Booking Policy.
